so ive been downloading twin peaks the definitive gold edition

i downloaded it and pulled it up in dvd shrink the files work fine because ive previwed the menus and videos in the preveiw box. it is supposed to be in PAL dvd 9 format so i compressed it to fit on my dvd 5 disc and when i burn it it says everything went ok and no error messages pop up but when i put it in the dvd player it doesnt work and it also doesnt work if i put it back in the comp.

ive tried burning it several times and its very frustrating what am i doing wrong or when can i do to make it work?

If you're in the US, your player and computer are NTSC, not PAL. You downloaded the wrong file.
